For Existing Ordinary Members

In order to ensure that your organisation is always represented you can nominate a second individual, called a "secondary representative”. The secondary representative is able to substitute at the AGM or General Meeting if he nominated individual cannot attend.

The organisation is responsible for paying the membership fee. The organisation in "Ordinary Membership" will be entitled to one vote at the Annual General Meeting of TIS (made by the nominated individual or secondary representative) and may stand for election to the TIS Executive Council. The organisation has the right to withdraw the nominated individual and secondary representative at any time.
