Involving Tenants in the Scottish Housing Quality Standard;
- TIS has provided independent advice to staff and tenants working in partnership to agree their standard delivery plan to meet the SHQS by 2015. TIS assists tenants to understand complicated technical and financial information in relation to investment in the housing stock to meet the SHQS.
