The Tenants Information Service (TIS) is a national organisation, which provides independent information, advice and training for tenants. Since 1989, we have been a major contributor to developing good tenant participation practice in Scotland.
TIS can offer a range of services to assist tenants and landlords to review and put their tenant participation strategies into practice. A key part of our work is supporting tenants and landlords to review housing services and standards to improve service delivery.
The Scottish Government has just launched its new proposals for the role of the Housing Regulator and the Right to Buy in its draft Housing (Scotland) Bill. TIS are running four events to update on these proposals. For more information click here
